Processing Times

Original artworks and ACEOs are usually prepared for dispatch within 2–4 business days.

Fine Art Prints and Gallery Bond editions are made to order. Please allow up to 14 business days for production and processing before dispatch. Each limited edition artwork is individually checked, numbered and/or signed as applicable and supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated according to the destination and displayed at checkout before completing your order.

Can’t find your country at checkout?
Due to current packaging regulations, shipping to EU countries outside Germany is available on request. International shipping, including Gallery Bond Editions, is arranged individually.

Estimated shipping times after dispatch:

Germany: 3–5 business days
European Union: 5–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

International Orders

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other local charges may apply. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Packaging

All artworks are carefully packaged to protect them during transit. Packaging may vary depending on the size, material and type of artwork.
